At Kind Finds Creations, each item is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance are normal and make each piece unique.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or defective.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photos of the item and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Used candles or home décor items
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear
• Sale or clearance items
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with the order.
